Overview

	Ty's Place is an English family run guesthouse with a homely feel and friendly easy going atmosphere. Situated above the resort of Albena overlooking the Black Sea we have 4 rooms. 3 twins and one double. All rooms are ensuite with tea and coffee making facilities and balconies.
	The price per night includes a cooked breakfast and drop off into Albena resort everyday. Alternatively you can take the 20 min walk down to the beach. We have our own small bar with television and over 200 films should you prefer to stay in on an evening. There are 3 shops and 2 restaurants below us one of which offers a traditional night of Bulgarian folk dancing on hot coals!!! It's 30 leva for all you can eat and drink.
	The beach which you can see from our villa is absolutely beautiful and is lined with many bars and restaurants open late into the evening. The city of Varna which is a must see is a 40 min bus ride away. You can catch the bus from the bottom of our road.

Location & Transportation

We are situated directly above Albena resort. The town next to us is Balchik. Golden Sands and Varna are 20 to 30 mins away. We are in a lovely villa zone with 3 shops and 2 restaurants below us.
Directions	We are approximately 40 km from Varna airport. To get to us you have to come thru the following : st konstantine, Golden Sands and Kranevo. We are the next place on that route before Balchik.
Transportation	Buses run regularly from the airport, however we can offer a collection and drop off service if required. From Varna airport to our villa by bus it takes approx 50 mins. You need to get the bus (no 309) to the coach station where you then need to transfer to a smaller bus which will bring you into Albena. We can collect you from Albena bus station.
Airport	Varna airport approx 40km

Each room has it's own private balcony and ensuite bathrooms. The guesthouse has a small bar room and bbq area where television/films and music can be enjoyed.

	3 rooms have 2 single beds and 1 room has a double bed. They are all a good size with wardrobes, mirrors and desks in each.
	They all have tea and coffee making facilities and towels are supplied
	We also supply a range of reading material in each room for those quiet nights in !!!
