All apartments are furnished to high standards, have a bathroom, separate bedrooms, spacious living room and dining space. Many of the apartments encompass fireplace, terrace and separate bedrooms for pleasant stays for either one person or a whole family. You can also see many decorative wooden features, such as, intricate designs on the terraces, hanging wooden lanterns, and wooden paneled ceilings in some of the top floor apartments. To ease your food choice, we have fully equipped kitchenette with the sense of a home like atmosphere. The multi-channel TV set is also there for your entertaining. Main rooms have laminated parquet and painted/latex walls, corridors and kitchen boxes are with terracotta, window panes are PVC. All apartments have their own water heaters and radiators.

Mountain Residence 1 is a self-catering apartment hotel operating on an accommodation-only basis. However, we do offer hot and cold drinks at our comfortable lobby bar on the ground floor. We can also provide a breakfast package upon request. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens combined with a dining space. The hotel is close to the centre, nearby many restaurants. Barbecue facilities are available in the garden.
