Our staff has been uniquely selected and trained to interact with our guests. You choose your own level of interaction, we stand ready to help you and answer any questions you may have.
Many of our staff provide guided tours for free, while other tours such as pub crawls cost under $25. 00 and include free drinks and food.
Every member of the team at the hostel has been trained in customer service skills that go above and beyond a guest’s expectations. Even our employees that came to the company with amazing people skills and years of customer service under their belt were retrained the reboot way.
We want to deliver a consistent experience to all of our guests whether they are ordering dinner to the room, interacting with housekeeping or checking out at the front desk. We have a standard processes and providing superior service helps make the expectations clear.
New employees are trained to attend to guests and we provide intermittent refresher courses to current employees.

We encourage our staff to take a guest journey and see everything from a guest’s point of view as often as possible. This helps them put the whole customer experience into perspective. In the end, the guests ultimately chooses how much interaction he will have with our staff.
