Victoria Bay, renowned for its beach and surfing, is a cove enclosed by cliffs and comprises of a number of cottages clustered around the water front. The gently-sloping beach makes swimming safe and big waves from far out give surfers a long ride. This bay is one of the top 10 surf spots in South Africa and very popular amongst surfers worldwide.
The bay also offers visitors the chance to spend some time fishing off the pier or wading in the tidal pool.
This small but cosy backpacker is only a 100m from the beach. It has a fully equipped self-catering kitchen, communal lounge with satellite TV, free wi-fi and satellite TV in all the rooms.
