	Our beautiful Bed & Breakfast is situated on the first and second floor of a prestigious venetian building in the heart of Venice, just beside the Accademia Galleria where one can admire masterpieces by famous venetian artists such as Tintoretto, Giorgione, Guardi and Carpaccio. It is also within a few minutes walk from St Mark's Square, Palazzo Grassi and the Peggy Gughenheim Collection.
	Our staff, who speak various languages, love to welcome our guests in a warm and pleasant manner giving much importance to their every need.
	The rooms are all very tastefully furnished, spacious and bright with marvellous views overlooking this enchanting city.
	Breakfast is served in our breakfast room or on our ivy-draped terrace overlooking the Grand Canal, where one can sit and relax after an exhausting day exploring this historical city where the irresitible seducer Casanova and Marco Polo walked its very 'calle'.

Our B&B is located in the heart of Venice, just beside the Accademia Galleria. It is also within a few minutes walk from St Mark's Square, Rialto bridge, Palazzo Grassi and the Peggy Gughenheim Collection.
Directions	We are located close to the boat stop ACCADEMIA and next door to the accademia Gallerie. As you get off the boat, on your right hand you will see the "Caffè Belle Arti"; take the first alleyway (Calle Gambara) on the right corner. After 20 mt you will find our entrance gate on your right at number 1054. If you go as far as "Ponte de le Maravegie" you have gone too far.
Transportation	You can reach us with a vaporetto (line n. 82, n.1 or N) and get off at the "Accademia" stop (about 25 minutes), and in a few minutes walk you will find us waiting to welcome you at the B&B.
Airport	Marco Polo airport is at Tessera on the mainland. You can choose to take a water taxi from the airport to the vicinity of our B&B (about 25 minutes) or the public bus line n.5 (every 30 minutes) to Piazzale Roma (last stop - about 20 minutes)
