All reservation will require full deposit at the time of reservation. If there is an exception to this, all canceled or changed reservations will be treated as if a full deposit was made.
There is a $35 admin fee per room for any cancellation or changes.
Cancel less than 15 days prior:
Cancellations within 15 days of the reservation date (Regardless of how far in advance the reservation was made.) will receive a gift certificate valued at 50% of the total for use within a year of the reservation. If we are able to rebook your room to another guest, we will provide a refund, less $35 admin fee.
Cancel less than 36 hours prior:
Cancellation made less than 36 hours of reservation check-in time will receive no refund. (Regardless of how far in advance the reservation was made.)
No show:
Party's that do not show without canceling prior to the date of the reservation will not receive a refund. (Regardless of how far in advance the reservation was made.) | | |
