Lakeview B & B offers guests a spectacular panoramic view of 4 mile long Rushford Lake. Chef Doug will prepare a delicious full country breakfast for you. Special dietary needs are cheerfully accommodated. Depending upon the season and weather, we serve in our dining room or patio area on the rear deck.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered front porch and watch the variety of birds that visit our feeders, or sit on the 1200 sq, ft. deck overlooking Rushford Lake. Relax in the common room and enjoy HDTV with a beverage from our beverage center.

We are located only 5 miles from Houghton College and 18 miles from Letchworth State Park. We offer wireless internet access or just relax with a book or magazine on our cozy leather furniture. There are DVD movies and board games to entertain you.
