| In the middle of the downtown core with everything from $2 million dollar condos, historic cathedrals, high end restaurants, funky take outs, live theatre and nightclubs within a one block radius yet deadly quiet at the same time | | Directions | In the center of the historic properties area in downtown. The downtown core is about five streets wide and 1 kilometer long. We are dead center | | Transportation | From the airport, taxi is the only option at $18 unless you want to walk a couple of blocks to a bus stop. For persons not having a lot of luggage, it is a 5 minute walk from the Airport to the Comfort Inn, where you can bus downtown for $2. Bus # 14 to MUN and then # 3. You can pretty well ask anybody at the airport if they mind dropping you off because you will be in Newfoundland. metrobus is the City webpage for public transportation information.
