In Moalboal most tourists stay in Panagsama Beach, one of the beach resorts. The Moalboal Backpacker Lodge is located at Panagsama at part of Moalboal. Although in Panagsama you’ll find many bars and restaurants. Scuba diving is the main activity, and it compares favorably with any spot in the Philippines. The home reefs are fine and Pescador island, ranges from fantastic drop off to colorful reef top. The structure of the whole reef is ideal for snorkeling, scuba diving and free-diving. | | Directions | Tourists wanting to stay in Moalboal (Panagsama Beach) can easily take a taxi from Cebu International Airport. If you travel by bus just catch up in Cebu City from the Southern bus terminal the Librando or Ceres Liner (via Barili) to Moalboal. In Moalboal market take a tricycle to Panagsama.
