Se trata de un segundo piso de la casa de un particular, con 4 habitaciones y una cocina de uso compartido para todos los huéspedes, incluido nevera. Ofrece servicio de lavandería por un coste extra al igual que comidas.
Las habitaciones están bastante limpias y presentadas, con baño propio y aire acondicionado.
Su propietario es muy cordial, a pesar de que no habla mucho el español, intento comunicarse con nosotros en nuestro idioma utilizando lo que sabia de italiano y palabras sueltas en español. Nos obsequió con un mapa de la ciudad y nos explicó los puntos importantes de la misma y cómo llegar, incluso nos recomendo lugares para comer.
Lo peor es subir las escaleras con las maletas, pero de resto muy bien, y bien situado que también es lo que interesa.

I've made a reservation for 3beds separatly, unfortunatly, I had a room for one couple. They put a extra bed in the room... Next to the bus station and old town, great for 3 nights!

Buona l'accoglienza e le camere. una però un po' troppo piccola. c'è l'aria condizionata. l'alloggio è a due minuti dal palazzo di diocleziano e dalla spiaggia. l'unico problema è il parcheggio perchè essendo in una viuzza laterale non c'è possibilità di parcheggiare, bisogna trovarne uno lì vicino ma non è sempre facile. Un altro problema è che i bagni delle camere non hanno ne finestra ne aereazione. in ogni caso il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono.

El Sr. De la habitación super amable, le llamamos porque no encontrábamos la casa y salió a buscarnos nos aparco el coche en un sitio que no se pagaba cerca de la casa.
La situación estupenda céntrica la ciudad preciosa y con muy buen ambiente la gente muy guapa, teníamos reserva para 2 días y nos quedamos 4.
