Comments  (English):
Our things were moved half way through the stay, without us having been informed, let alone allowed to give consent. Some of my possessions were lost, and neither an apology nor a refund were offered. Staff members were unhelpful, rude, and hugely disrespectful. Have never been treated so poorly by a hotel in my life. Would NEVER return and would urge anyone considering a trip to Milan to AVOID this hotel.
