Comments (English):
It was an unforgettable week. Staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. Accomodations were clean and sober and the location couldn't be better. We got immediate access to the old city which is at a comfortable walking distance plus our rental car was secure in a parking lot a block away which allowed us to visit and travel from Masada to Nazareth, from Palestine to Tel Aviv. We can only thank you: Mansour, Mahmoud and Abeed for your outstanding hospitality and we look forward to being your guests in the near future.

very cold place, and the gardient is completement stupid, i change price all time for room, and open door when you sleep..

Comments (English):
New Palm Hotel and Hostel is situated quite centrally near Damaskus gate(old city). Outside the hostel is a street market and there are always people shouting and talking as well cars sounding the horns all through the night. The hostel is not very clean by European standards, but if you don't look too closely it is all right. The manager, Alex is a very friendly and helpful. We talked with him a lot and quite enjoyed his company. Because of his hospitability we felt at home from the very first moment. The breakfast was good.
