Comments (English):
My husband and I spent 5 nights here. Ante the owner, picked us up from the port and supplied us with all the information to get around to all sights. We stayed in the self contained apartment. All his units are clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. In our month of travelling I can honestly say that Ante's place was the best. He is a wonderful host and always available for anything you need or need to know.

Comments (English):
I truly enjoyed my stay at S&L Guesthouse. After arriving very late in the evening, Ante was kind enough to pick us up at the bus stop and help me with my luggage. Once arrived, Ante offered us a beer and took his time to explain where to go and what to do in Dubrovnik, and offer suggestions. Ante even found another guesthouse for the same price when we decided to stay one more day. The place has all the amenities and the location is ideal. A short bus ride or walk from old town, but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet in the evening. The view from the balcony is also remarkable. This is definitively the place to stay if you’re planning to spend time in Dubrovnik.

Comments (English):
Firstly the owner was really helpful. He couldn't do enough for us. He made sure that we knew exactly where the supermarket was, buses leaves from, sights to see. He collected us & dropped us off at the end of our stay.
But the write up indicated that we would have A/C - not so. We asked for a fan because of the heat. He went out & borrowed one for us.
Because it is a self contained apartment, one expects a certain level of utensils. If you are staying here bring your own. This is definitely not as indicated, 3 stars. I would put this class of accommodation at between 1 & 2.
