The perfect location for your Colorado vacation rental, family reunion, wedding, retreat, Colorado honeymoon, or romantic getaway.

The Bed and Breakfast Lodge has 6 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, Cable TV/VCR. Some rooms have their own balconies, fireplaces, whirlpool massage tubs for two, and oversized two person body spray showers. A spectacular 3 course gourmet breakfast and evening dessert are served daily for guests staying in the Lodge. The Lodge also includes a massive stone fireplace in the great room, an outdoor hot tub to take in the beautiful mountains by day and the western stars by night.

The Lodge can be rented in it’s entirety for Family Reunions, Retreats, Weddings and Corporate Functions

Also available are a Cabin & a Cottage, both rentals. The Cabin has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, fully stocked and equipped kitchen, living room with a fireplace, and a private patio with beautiful mountain views. It will sleep up to 7 people. The Cottage has an sitting room/bedroom upstairs, and a kitchenette, dining room and bathroom downstairs. It will sleep up to 6 people.

Guests can also relax in the outdoor hot tub and take in the foothill mountains by day and the western stars by night.

We are located in the beautiful Ute Pass of the Rocky Mountains 6 miles west of Colorado Springs, and 5 miles west of Manitou Springs, at the entrance to Pikes Peak, where the song "America the Beautiful" was penned. The Lodge is on 2 1/2 acres covered with spruce and pine trees, and has beautiful mountain views.

How to get there

From Denver: Take I-25 South to Colorado Springs. Exit at Hwy 24 West (Cimarron St. - Exit 141). Make a left at the traffic light (Hwy 24 West/Cimarron St.). Stay on Hwy 24 for approximately 6 miles until you see the signs for Cascade and the Pikes Peak Toll Road. Take a right at the light (Severy); make an immediate left onto the frontage road (Ute Pass Ave.). Take an immediate right onto Topeka Ave. Your 2nd left will be Hagerman Ave., make a left on Hagerman. Follow Hagerman up and around to the right; the Lodge is on your left.
