Description - Apartment

The apartments are adorned with serene greenery. The holiday apartments are located in a small Croatian town in southern Istria.

The town is known for its abundant choices in outdoor activities and gourmets. In addition, swaying pine trees, crystal blue sea offer an amazing relaxation away from urban living.

Not too far from Ginkgo Apartments is the historical town of Pula. The epic city center unveils beautiful architectural building that numerous visitors from all over the world tend to admire. A melting pot of different cultures enhances the aspect of the city and its history.

The apartments are situated on the ground floor overlooking a beautiful garden. The apartments consist of one queen bed and two single beds. Decorated with modern interior design that will make our guests feel very welcomed like at home.

Especially in the early morning hours our guests will be pleased to enjoy breakfast at the terrace with a great atmosphere of the surroundings.

The Holiday Home is on the ground floor surrounded with view of garden and well maintained. The walking distance to the nearest rocky and pebble beach is approximately 700m and to the town centre is approximately 500m.

BANJOLE
The locals have always been turned towards the sea and fishing. For this reason, even today, we find here the best seafood restaurants. A well-known fact is that the best fish is prepared by fishermen themselves, but if you want to prepare seafood dishes then head to the small harbor at daybreak, wait for the fishermen to return from sea and buy the freshly caught fish. If you have found accommodation at a fisherman's home, perhaps you can join him on such an unforgettable experience at sea.

The landlord can converse in German, English and Italian. He lives at the same premise and reachable in case any issues arises.

Neighborhood

The region is one of the greenest and the largest peninsula in Croatia, located not too far from Rovinj and Venice on the very west part of Croatia. Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before arrival will get 80% of the amount paid back. If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before arrival, you get 50% back. Otherwise, they will not be reimbursed.

How to get there

Route description:
Once in Slovenia, follow the signs to highway A9 Pula (Croatia)
In Pula, do not enter the city centre, follow the signs to Medulin and move towards Premantura, continue until the exit for Banjole.
Once in Banjole you will reach us after circa 1 Km, till to the Area Kaštanjež
and turn right to Kaštanjež 9-27 at Number 16a.
