Old, stone, dalmatian house more than 500 years old. House is comfortable for 6-8 persons. House is air conditioned, has 3 twin bed rooms, kinder bed, new fully equipped kitchen, living room with couch for 1-2 people, 2 bathrooms, terrace and balcony with sea view. Terrace behind house with barbecue.

The house is located in Mlini, a small township only 8 km from Dubrovnik, 8 km from Cavtat and 10 km from airport Cilipi.
The house is 700 m away from the sea and center of Mlini.
Our house is on the hill above the Adriatic road and our guests enjoy beautiful views over Zupa Bay, the islands and open sea.

Mlini features many sand, pebble and rocky beaches, many cozy restaurants, cafe bars, souvenir shops, water sports, agencies.
Regular boat line from the center of Mlini will take you to Cavtat, Dubrovnik and islands.
Regular bus line (200m away from house) every 30 min. will take you to Dubrovnik or Cavtat.

On the first floor are 3 bed rooms, 2 of them with balcony and sea view and the 3rd with the garden view.

Between the ground and first floor is the floor with two bathrooms with washing-mashine. On the back side of house is terrace with garden and barbecue.

The house is 200 m above Adriatic road in the place Zavrelje, you will see indicator for ZAVRELJE on the Adriatic road, 10 km away from airport, 12 km away from ferry or bus port.
