The House has one mixed dorm room, a pool table, fully stocked kitchen and a shared bath. We provide linens, towels and all your needs for cooking confortably. Soon we will expand the property to have two separate dorms and add several private rooms, another kitchen and another bath.
There is a game room, billiards table, fully stocked kitchen, free wifi, and guide services available. We have a small garden and two porches so you can sit and people watch.

Our dorm room is equipped with large fans, linens, towels, and soft lighting. Person lights so you can read and not disturb others are located on each bunk bed.

Our private room is set up with a comfy bed, a little romance and a door with a lock. It has its own fan and a large drawer set and mirror for an at home feeling

We are in the heart of El Cuco, steps away from Las Flores Point break, all the local restaurants, and public transportation. It is a very safe, small fishing village... and locally known as the best beach in El Salvador.
