Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions
Full payment will be charged to your card in a case of no show for the booking as per booking policy given to you at the time of the booking.
The apartment must leave at the same conditions as it was on arrival time. nstructions and conditions available in the apartment with all cleaning materials, any cleaning cost may occur up to 20 euro if the guest leaves the place without any cleaning.
You are only allowed to use one set of bed linen for your stay this includes up to 3 persons, any additional use charge 10 euro for each set
Any technical failure of electronic devices in the room can happen and accommodation fees will not be discounted based on those issues, as an example, Internet Modem failure to connect or Bulb do not work on a lampshade room price will not be discounted.
Any issues with the room must be reported within 24 hours if you stay more than 2 days, if you just stay only a night things must be reported within 2-3 hours after check-in otherwise we are unable to help or fix any issues in the property, we consider your comments and opinions for future upgrades to make a place for better accommodation, so we can find any alternatives for those issues, do not consider this accommodation service similar to hotel , this is only space rental and your entire stay you will be maintaining the apartment yourself and responsible to keep it clean.
Credit card only holds as a guarantee for any additional cost for laundry or cleaning and damage to the apartment and it will not be charged or authorized if apartment return in good condition, we may ask for your actual physical credit card copy at the time you collecting keys with a valid ID copy,
We are not responsible for any overbooking situation or re-allocation happening to you via any third party booking websites unless it's not directly booked with us., this may have to deal with the booking party that you have booked the apartment with, we do not compensate or hold any responsibility of the facilities and you are allowed to cancel the accommodation cancellation without any cost if you didn't like the location or the alternatives. after check-in its consider that you may have agreed for the accommodation.
