From the Inn, you will often hear the "clip-clop" of horse-drawn carriages, touring the neighborhood's narrow brick paved streets. The Inn is just one block away from "The Oldest House" (50% off admission for our guests), the St. Augustine Historic Society, and numerous other notable homes, churches, and museums. Booking and cancellation policy
Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.
Because we are a small lodging facility, we have a strict cancellation policy, which is very similar to most Bed and Breakfasts. It is our intent to be fair to our guests, but also to operate in a business like manner:
If you cancel at least 7 days prior to your arrival date, there is a $50 cancellation fee which can be applied (for up to one year) to your next reservation.
If you cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival date (14 days for holidays and special events), we will provide you with a Gift Certificate (good for one year) for an amount equal to the first night's lodging tariff.
