air-conditioned rooms, with tea / coffee maker in every room. with bed lights and privacy curtains to each bed , designated common area and smoking area , the kitchen is nearby to all the three rooms we have , microwave oven , washing machine for those who are on long-term trip, and designed garden terrace with a beautiful city view at front of us , and sky scrapper covering our back , especially for coffee and yoga lovers who love to it at open and fresh air .

Our first room is mixed dorm for 4 pax , its simple as we are in apartment , with bunk beds , and attached bed light , curtains to each bed in it . shared bathroom with balcony for fresh air , and to dryout clothes.

The second room is 4 bed female dorm , with the same features , with addition of wall mirror, and a attached private bathroom, with designed frames and space for luggage and stuff toys at the drawer for comfotability and hairdryer to try hair.

Our third room has the same qualities like the 4 bed mixed dorm, but this room has 6 beds , and designed with different movies and scenes postures of indian movie , to express one pg the iconic and identified movies , to spend all day viewing it

the newtown area , is a much greenery place, and in the way between of city centre and airport . it has a great feature as its nearest to all of the bussiness sectors like salt lake, unitech, candor, sector-v, eco space, rajarhat, and even night clubs with a number of above 60. eco park, amusement park, and water park is 10 min by taxi
