GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT

The booked unit that the customer agrees to occupy is at his disposal from 02:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure, respectively named in the booking , unless otherwise agreed .
The customer who has booked the flat ( apartment or bungalow ) is expected until 06:00 PM on the day of arrival , if its reservation has been made without a deposit. If, however , the reservation was made by deposit , will be awaited until 10:00 AM the next day. After the above deadlines , failing in, or no communication from the client , the administration has the right to dispose of the property.
Booking with Downpayment / deposit
Unless otherwise agreed between the parties , the deposit / down payment is not less than the equivalent of 30% of total stay overall . The customer loses the deposit in case of no show .
In case of delayed arrival of the date indicated on the reservation, the customer is required to pay the total amount of the booked services that have been reserved.
In case of cancellation of the contract by the customer prior to arrival are subject to the following clauses:
a) In case of cancellation at least 30 days before the date of arrival for stay, the deposit / down payment will be refunded, minus a fee , reimbursement of the operation with a maximum of € 25.00 ;
b) In case of cancellation at least 15 days before the date of arrival , the deposit will be recovered from the customer within the calendar year for another stay having the same duration to be agreed with the owner of the accommodation;
c) For cancellations made after the deposit will be fully retained ;. mm.
d) In case of early departure will be charged the cost of the room for all days booked even if not used .
The termination of the contract by the operator requires the payment of a penalty equal to double of the deposit / advance paid.
Reservations with credit card
• For reservations canceled within 14 days prior to arrival date in June, July and August and 7 days in other months , in case of no-show , and for any early departures will be retained , with the withdrawal by credit card , as well as the administrative costs of 2% of the withdrawal amount , a penalty equal to the room-only rate for the days booked .
• In case of early departure will be charged the cost of the room for all the remaining days and not used . The penalty will not be applied , at the discretion of the owner of the facility, if the customer will stay at or above the agreed within the calendar year of termination, for a period to be agreed with the proprietor ;
If the client arrives late, he must pay for booked services , however, even if not used. When the client's stay is lower than that booked , the Administration may cancel any facilities granted and, if the stay was less than three days, demand payment for the services provided on the basis of prices to the paper. To compensate damages to the operator the customer shall pay a penalty equal to three times the price of housing, in addition to payment of services used .
RESERVATIONS WITH SPECIAL OFFERS
Please refer to the conditions attached to each bid if your warranty has been forwarded through the data of the credit card.
For payments sent in money, will apply the following rules:
a) In case of cancellation at least 30 days before the date of arrival , the deposit will be recovered from the customer within the calendar year from the cancellation for another stay in another period , to be agreed with the owner of the facility but with current rates during the selected period including any other offers.
b) For cancellations made after, the deposit paid will be fully restrained ;u
c) In case of early departure will be charged for the room only for all days booked and not used .
Meals included in the board
Subject to any special agreement , shall mean, for meals , breakfast , lunch and dinner , excluding drinks and everything which is not provided in the list of the day. The restaurant partner is not required to administer the meals out schedules and the rooms provided ; in the case of what is possible, this may be an extra charge of price .
The price of hospitality services includes the use of equipment and facilities of the ordinary units , as well as the general services of the accommodation, taxes and services included .
Constitute services and equipment extras and give rise to an application for an additional price (which should be indicated in the "Communication ", by notice in advance to the customer ) services and equipment that the customer can ask to optionally use .
RULES OF PAYMENT
The account must be liquidated within the day on which it is presented.
The customer must inquire at time of booking , of which means of payment , in addition to cash, are accepted by the hotel .
The account may also be partial , and in this case should include only the days that the client has already spent in the apartment or bungalow .
Services not consumed in the hotel
If it is agreed on half board or full board , for services that are not consumed at our partner restaurant will not be entitled to any refund, , even if the absence of the customer have been announced , unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
