Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

For stays of one night we require payment in advance. For longer stays we require a 50% deposit.

Deposit returned less a small service fee for cancellations more than 14 days before arrival date. Cancellations less than 14 days result in forfeited deposit if room cannot be rebooked.
