Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY requires at least 7 days written notice (email or fax is acceptable) of cancellation prior to your arrival date. For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date (at 12 noon local time), you will be charged 20 % of cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 7 days of the arrival date (at 12 noon local time) or fail to take up your reserved accommodation for whatever reason, you will be liable for your 1 night's accommodation at PINNACLES KUCHING.
By giving us your credit card details you are authorising us to use this as security for your reservation, your accommodation, your unpaid cancellation charges (if any) and or unregistered extra guests.
We reserve the right to make changes or cancellations after the booking at any time, although we will endeavour not to make a major change or cancel the booking within 7 days of the arrival date, except by reason of force majeure (see clause 7 below). If we have to make a major change to your arrangements after booking we will offer you the option of accepting the change or cancelling the booking and receiving a full refund of any monies paid to us. We do not accept responsibility for any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any change.

Taxi/Cab
If you are taking a taxi from the airport to our lodge, you can show the taxi driver our address and he will bring you here. We are right in the centre of the town, and no one would miss it. You can purchase the Taxi coupon at the airport upon arrival.
Private Pick Up Service
If you need a pick up service from us (max 4 person per car), we can always arrange for you at a price of RM18 (6AM - 11PM) or RM25 (11PM - 6AM). You will be picked up at the airport to your accommodation. Please give us your arrival time and we can send our man waiting for you at the airport.
