Please understand that we are a small inn and a reservation represents approximately 10% of our weekly income. Cancellations have an extreme impact upon our small family business. We want to do everything we can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, please let us try. We are here to serve. Below is our policy:

All reservation will require full deposit at the time of reservation. If there is an exception to this, all canceled or changed reservations will be treated as if a full deposit was made.
There is a $35 admin fee per room for any cancellation or changes.
Cancel less than 15 days prior:
Cancellations within 15 days of the reservation date (Regardless of how far in advance the reservation was made.) will receive a gift certificate valued at 50% of the total for use within a year of the reservation. If we are able to rebook your room to another guest, we will provide a refund, less $35 admin fee.
Cancel less than 36 hours prior:
Cancellation made less than 36 hours of reservation check-in time will receive no refund. (Regardless of how far in advance the reservation was made.)
No show:
Party's that do not show without canceling prior to the date of the reservation will not receive a refund. (Regardless of how far in advance the reservation was made.)

The mansion is just four miles outside of town. This is a good thing, as it will save you bundles with taxes. In town is almost 15% and we are just 6. 225% out here in the country.
Warren-Barrett runs off Main Street at the south end of town and you travel away from the river about 3. 5 miles and turn south on New London Grl Road. We are the first mansion on the right.
If traveling from STL then we are the very first traffic light north of STL, which will be 75 miles north of I-70, really. Turn right on Warren-Barrett and make the first right onto New London Road.
