Charmingly furnished studio with full bath private entrance, kitchenette, microwave, toaster, electric skillet, countertop toaster oven, cooking and eating utensils, coffee station with coffee mugs, dining table and chairs, reading area, XXL dog door and enclosed outside kennel area, TV with Roku and Wifi, utilities included. Nightstands and bedside lights, alarm clock and kleenex.

Bedding and linens are provided as well as bathroom supplies, hair dryer, lotion, shampoo, conditioner etc. Patio area with BBQ and utensils, security lights are from dusk to dawn. Studio is located in a residential area, centrally located to most areas in Las Vegas. UNLV is 2 streets away.

Pet starter kit... if you have a cat or dog there will be a pet starter kit with cat/dog food, litter and litter box, toys, dog bed and bowls to get you started when you arrive. These are for your pets convenience please do not throw away or remove items from your unit.

It's a regular neighborhood with kids, neighbors, 2 parks (great for dog walking) nearby. We are centrally located and a 5 minute drive or a 10 minute walk to the Strip.

We are in the heart of Vegas so we do have safe driveway parking and security camera in the front of house.

Keep in mind anything can happen anywhere in Vegas ... so just be aware of your surroundings when you go out on the town.

Thomas and Mack center, Vons, 7 Eleven, Smoke Shops are all within walking distance. Piso's and the Grove are the suggested 24 hour Dispensaries close by.

Our major cross streets are Tropicana and Maryland Parkway. We are centrally located between The Strip, Henderson and Paradise.

We do not support 'party houses' but unfortunately other hosts in Vegas dont share our opinion. If you hear or know of a party house you can call 311 and local enforcement will handle the issue.

We are on the last house on the left, a white 4 foot high wrought iron fence in front yard, huge maple tree in front yard, baby blue truck in driveway.
