Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

Deposit equal to one night stay required to confirm all bookings. We will send you an invoice via PayPal in order to protect your credit card security. Deposits are fully refundable until 7 days prior to your stay. Balance of payments are invoiced 7 days prior to your stay and are non-refundable. Cash is accepted for payments made on site.

How to get there

* Follow Hwy 93 through Midland & into Penetanguishene.
* As you proceed through Penetanguishene, you'll note the Tim Horton's on your left at a set of traffic lights, Proceed through this light on Hwy 93.
* The next light is at the corner of Hwy 93 & Robert St (unmarked but looking straight ahead you'll see the harbour at the bottom of the hill). Turn left at this light & then proceed to the LaFontaine Rd E. You will note a Shell service station on the corner which will serve as a marker to indicate where to turn right.
* Once on the Lafontaine Rd, the first road on the left that you will see is Concession 13 west - turn left.
* The 2nd road on your left is Timberland. Turn left into the Copeland Creek subdivision.
* Then turn right on to Copeland Creek & look for the #47 on your left.
