The place is centrally located in Manila. All the rooms are ventilated, bright and comfortable, with access to private bathrooms.
The common area is spacious and friendly, just in front of Manila Bay. A gardening area is in the balcony.
Free wifi is provided. We are great informative hosts about touristic tours around the Philippines.

Once you're driving on Roxas Boulevard along Manila Bay, then turn right on UN Ave. Then 2 blocks away, get off in the corner of Guerrero St. and UN Ave. You're in front of our white building. Go to the main entrance of Don Alfonso Building, located in Guerrerro St.
