Boracay Residences is operated by a family, from Manila, who fell in love with the Boracay. They were so frustrated with the lack of family-friendly/value accomodations in the island. The rentals in the White Beach became too crowded during the day and too loud at nights. It also got expensive to bring the whole family because dining-out every meal proved to be expensive.
Boracay Residences was constructed to accommodate budget-conscious families and barkadas. We are located along Diniwid Road, far from the crowded beach & noisy parties at the White Beach. Our guests are escorted to the secluded Diniwid Beach and all its quaint bars and cafes unknown to majority of tourists. This is where NAMI, the best resort in Boracay can be found.
Each fully-furnished unit has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms which can sleep 6 persons (extra beds can be requested). Their kitchen has all the tools and amenities you'll ever need to cook for your family. They have 2 dining areas guests can choose from(inside &outside). They also have cable TV and hot/cold shower.
