In the run-up to High tourist season in Saint-Petersburg and the fact that the demand for the rooms of Art-Hotel "Rachmaninov" is very high, the Administration of the Hotel decided to guarantee the bookings by charging guests' credit cards for the first night of stay at the Hotel.
If by any chance you decide to cancel your booking (according to our cancellation policy), Hotel "Rachmaninov" guarantees to refund the charged sum back to the credit card.

Booking terms.
For individuals:
Cancellation policy without penalty.
Three (3) days prior to check-out time the day of arrival from 1 October till 30 April.
Five (5) days prior to check-out time the day of arrival during other time.
Please pay attention on the non-refundable rates.
For groups:
Cancellation policy without penalty.
Seven (7) days prior to check-out time the day of arrival from 1 October till 30 April.
Fourteen (14) days prior to check-out time the day of arrival during other time.

The penalty for not arriving: The price for 1 night stay
The check-in time to at the hotel is 14:00, Moscow time, on date of arrival specified in the booking confirmation. Check out until 12:00, Moscow time, on the day of departure specified in the booking confirmation.
Early check-in (before 14:00) and/or late check-out (after 12:00) at the hotel is the subject of availability.
In case of early check-in (before 14:00) and late check-out (after 12:00) guests are charged the following way:
• Early arrival – full payment of the previous night;
• Late check-out – 12:00 to 24:00 – pay for half the hotel nights;
• out later – after 00:00 – pay for a full day stay.
