The level of service and hospitality is excellent, as the Owner Dave Davies, has 22 years experience in the Tourism Industry, has been in the St Lucia and surrounding areas since 2004 and is also a qualified Safari Guide.

The facilities are based in a double story building, all under one huge thatched roof, which gives Dave's Place a tropical feel. It includes twin and triple rooms upstairs and dorm rooms downstairs, all with shared bathroom facilities. Guests can choose to dine at the restaurant or fully licensed bar, while wooden decking extends dining to the outdoors and a large bon fire area can let socializing continue well into the night. The downstairs dining area is ideal for large groups and families with plenty of seating and we have an upper deck, looking down onto our swimming pool, just for your relaxation. If you prefer, there are also the local restaurants, pubs and the beach, which are a mere stroll away.

We also offer 12 camping sites at R80. 00 p/p, complete with plug points, amongst manicured lawns and under the shade and shelter of our many trees. Excellent ablution facilities are close-by. We are situated only 50 meters away from the road leading to the jetty where the boats dock for the Hippo and Crocodile Tours$
