Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation fee will be payable for all no – shows and reservations within 20 day of the arrival of the client based on the following scale:
a) No shows : 100% of the full booking value
b) Within 3 days : 100% of the full booking value
c) 4 to 7 days : 75 % of the full booking value
d) 8 to 15 days : 50% of the full booking value
e) 16 to 20 days : 25% of the full booking value
