Let me start by saying thanks for looking at my apartment listing.  Our 16 Studio Apartments were built in what was a former “metalwork factory” are ideal for people traveling to Bangkok for short or long stays, either as a tourist on business or a long term resident.  We have created comfortable, cosy apartments that are fantastic value for money.

The facilities we provide, are as follows:  Double bed with linens.
En - suite bathrooms.  Hairdryers.  Irons with ironing boards. (avaiable on request) No charge.

Neighborhood

Being a traditional local area there are many small shops & markets to visit nearby.
Many things of interest to see & do are just a short walk away.
Every Friday, their is a large market at the local Buddhist temple, Wat Pai Ngoen just 5 minutes walk down the road.
You will find lots of food stalls, choose from hundreds of different dishes. sit down, eat & enjoy the atmosphere, watch people & see the vibrant street life... This will give you a chance to see the real Bangkok.
Silom, Sathon, Rama IV & the main tourist attractions of Siam Square & other areas are 10 -20 minutes away by taxi.

How to get there

We are Located on Chan 43, Yaek 26 / Soi Wat Pai Ngoen.
At the end of Sahtu Pradit 20 turn right into Chan 43 Road &
then turn left into Yaek 26... then 20 meters there is a small alley. We are at the bottom of that alley.
Please ring the bell when you arrive & a member of our staff will welcome you.

Here is a list of local transport options. The 4 most popular types of transport are as follows:

A motorbike taxi
These are usually found all along the street & street corners at busy points, these are used to take short trips to Stations & down small streets called "Soi" in Thai. The usual price for a ride is in the region of 20 - 40 Bhat.

"Songthiew”
These are Thai style pick up buses, that can be boarded anywhere on Chan43 Road. The Songthiew number 1271, is the one that runs along the road & will take you to, Sapan Taksin BTS Station, & also goes to the beginning of Silom. Just put your hand out to stop one. The cost is very cheap, being just 6 Bhat per ride.

Tuk tuk.
The famous Tuk tuk is world renowned as a symbol of Thailand. These can be hailed anywhere & the usual price is bargained, 30-100 Bhat, not so cheap compared to a metered Taxi

Taxi.
The 4th transport option is Metered Taxi.
These are very good value for money, at just 45 Bhat for the first few miles. They can be hailed anywhere on the street & will go almost anywhere.
