Take pleasure in year-round activities and tropical sunshine in Pattaya City at the Siam Guest house.

Our pleasant location is in the heart of Pattaya, Thailand’s most vibrant holiday resort, which always pleases our guests.

From where we are, just 2 minutes, from the famous Pattaya Beach and we are only a very short walking distance from all local amenities such as shopping malls (Central Mall, Mikes Shopping Mall, and the Royal Garden Plaza) international restaurants; including the colorful nightlife.

All rooms now have complimentary Wi-fi for all our customers.

Currently there are a total of 59 rooms. All rooms have double beds, air conditioning fridge cable TV, safety box, en-suite bathrooms with hot and cold water. CCTV security and all rooms have WI-FI

Moreover, we have our own transportation service that will collect you from the airport and whisk you down to Pattaya City’s Siam Guest House.

Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

A Visa or Master Credit card is required to secure your reservation at The Siam Guest House in Pattaya or a "Pay Pal" deposit. Cancellation policy is the following:
- Any cancellation received within 3 day/s prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night/s charge (March 1st to October 31st).
- Any cancellation received within 14 days/prior to arrival will incur the full period charge (Peak Season November 1st to February 28th).
- Cancellation fee on your arrival or early departure is fifty percent of your reservation.
- Failure to arrive at the Siam Guest House will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
- For refund process, we will deduct 10% of amount for credit card and admin fee.
