This brand new 2-story 1-bedroom 1-bath cozy cedar Snowline cabin is the perfect couples retreat! The 1st floor features an open living/dining area with a freestanding gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, a hide-a-bed, and an expansive window area. The 1st floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen, and a 3/4-bath with a laundry area including a stack washer/dryer. The entire 2nd floor is a large loft sleeping area with 1-queen bed and 1-twin bed, which is great for the kids! Just steps away from the cabin is a gazebo covered HOT TUB and a gas grill! This pet-friendly vacation property will sleep 4 to 5-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Linens and utilities included.

There is a 1 time non-refundable exit cleaning fee of $90 (plus tax). Housekeeping services are not available during your stay.

Snowline is a family focused gated community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

An Advance Reservation Payment equal to 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax, is required to reserve a vacation property. The remaining balance is considered due-in-full 14-days prior to our Guests scheduled date of arrival, and is automatically debited to our Guests credit card on the scheduled due-date.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*.

*Unless the vacation property(ies) can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.

Maximum occupancy limits strictly enforced. Reservations are subject to a 2 night minimum stay during regular periods and a 3 night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. Rates vary from season to season and during holidays.
