This is not a room. This is a reservation for a horse ride for one person at 10 am Monday through Saturday. There are no horse rides on Sunday. There are 5 beautiful trails, ranging from 45 minutes to 2 hours. The rates are from $59. 50 to $119. 95. This is a deposit and it covers the cost of the shortest trail. You may upgrade upon arrival at the stables.
The Depot cabin is one story. It has a living room with a charming gas log fireplace and a queen size sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a front porch with a porch swing. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is one bath with a shower unit. The Depot is located along one of the horse trails and it's not unusual to see the horses wandering by or to enjoy watching a trail ride group. Because we are out in the country, be sure to get your groceries in town before driving up the mountain to Arrowmont Stables & Cabins.
This cabin has a living room with wood burning fireplace and a queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, plus, front and back porches (back porch has a great view of the mountains). This cabin is a two story unit. The main living area is ground level. The bedrooms and bath are below ground level. There are 2 bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and the second has 2 twin beds. Off the master bedroom is a private porch (below the main living area porch) with a great view. There is one bath with a tub/shower combination. The Chansel House also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Because we are out in the country, be sure to get your groceries in town before driving up the mountain to Arrowmont Stables & Cabins.
