each room has either 2 full size beds or 1 queen and 1 twin, depending on availability. all units have small cooking area.

Guest room #4, our most affordable room, has one double/full size bed, and a private bath with shower located just across the small hallway from the room (this is NOT a shared bathroom, but a PRIVATE bath just across the hall). This room is bright and sunny, with a view over the 100-year old sugar maples and unusual northern catalpa tree in the front yard, and the animal pasture with the barn beyond. A rollaway bed can be added for a third guest.

Guest room #7 has one double/full size bed plus a twin size day bed and an en-suite private bath with large double-headed roll-in shower and fold-down seat. The room and bathroom are ADA-compliant and suitable for disabled as well as able-bodied guests. This room has windows overlooking the hayfields with the wind turbine in the distance, and a garden with rhododendrons and pear tree.

Guest room #8 has one king size bed, en-suite private bath with shower and HUGE double whirlpool tub, fireplace, and large private deck. This room is bright and sunny, with a view of the woods and front yard with the animal pasture and barn beyond. A rollaway bed can be added for a third guest.

Guest room #6 has one queen size bed, gas fireplace, en-suite private bath with shower plus separate attached room with double whirlpool tub, making up a sort of mini-suite. This room has windows on three sides, with views of the hayfields (with wind turbine in the distance) and woods beyond, garden with pear tree, forest, as well as our expansive solar energy array. A rollaway bed can be added for a third guest.
