I could not go there because the shuttle was not available, which is mentioned available on the web when I made the booking.
I paid the bed, but wasted my money and time. Hope the web info can be more accurate.

I was there during the “cleaning” of the dorm rooms and it just consisted of a woman coming in and fluffing up the comforter/pillow. I absolutely would recommend this hostel if you are looking for a place to sleep for about US$10/night, but I cannot advise a stay if you are paying beyond that. The facilities were not very clean and the hostel staff was not that helpful. We compared the price we paid for the night in the hostel and it varies significantly. Please verify you got a good deal before booking here & make sure to bring something to lay on top of your pillowcase. Safe travels!

We had a Travelocity reservation at this hotel. It was very difficult to find (including others we asked help to find) as the hotel map link information in the email was an inaccurate pointer within Google Maps (in English), tucked in an alley way. We approached the desk and said we had a reservation. We were puzzled, even showing we have a Travelocity confirmation email on our phone. Still the desk agent refused us and WOULD NOT look on the computer. There was a mail employee in the desk area and his tone (speaking in Chinese) in pleading with her seemed that he insisted (repeatedly) that she help us. She adamently answered to him in English "No! No!" We had spent 3 hours walking around the streets of Beijing looking for this place, asking strangers to help in any way, and nobody had a clue. It was just terrible arriving there after having paid a taxi (we had found an American style hotel who was able to direct us) and get turned away at 11pm at night. It was no use to continue arguing with somebody who'd rather stand firm on their decision and in another language. We decided to leave and walk around the American hotels and just book a room at whatever expense at this midnight hour and a full day's travel. People did not speak much English out there which made things so much more difficult. It's one thing if we could read the characters and use Google to translate it, but that's not even doable, that I'm aware of. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

한국어로 된 후기가 별로 없어서 제가 직접 한국어로 남깁니다.
저는 삼인실방에서 이틀을 묵었습니다. 3인실 방은 방 인수가 적어서 혼숙인줄 모르고 방을 예약했습니다. 직접 가서 물어보니 혼숙이라고 하더라구요 확인 제대로 안한 제 불찰입니다. 하지만 하루에 80원정도인 방을 여자방으로 바꿔달라고 하니 대략80원정도하는 방이 갑자기 하루에 290원까지 오르더라구요 참 어이가 없었습니다. 게다가 직원들도 친절하다는 생각도 안해봤구요 직원들 친절하다는 후기가 많았는데 제 생각에는 직원들은 친절하지 않았습니다. 다른친구도 여자방인줄 알고 예약했더니 남자3명있는 4인실 혼숙이였습니다. 제 생각에는 이 상황은 불가능합니다. 어떻게 4인실 방에 여자 혼자 잘 수 있겠습니까 이렇게 어쩔 수 없는 상황을 만들어 남는 방을 최고로 비싸게 받는 것 같습니다. 이렇게 비싼방이면 게스트하우스에서 묵을일이 없었겠죠 비싼 곳 가려면 다른 호텔을 갔겠죠 그래서 3일을 예약했지만 이틀을 자고 더 이상 잘 수가 없어서 중간에 나왔습니다.
개방적인 문화의 서양남자분들도 여자 혼자 묵는 저를 당황스럽게 생각하더라구요 과연 이 게스트하우스에 이런 상황이 말이 될까 싶습니다. 물어보고 싶습니다. 서양남자분들 두세명에 여자 혼자 잘 수 있냐고요...
그리고 방값또한 비겁하다고 봅니다 갈 곳 없은니 이렇게 받는 것은 정말 양심이 없다고 생각합니다.

酒店的設備有點一般般。比如，沒有拖鞋，沒有櫃子沒有鎖（要鎖，就要自己買。酒店不準備。），衛生間的設備很簡單，什麼的。酒店入口是酒吧，前台那邊太吵了。服務員的態度也不完美。
我覺得，下次可能不會住在這個酒店。。。

Die Lage des Hostels ist perfekt. Die Erreichbarkeit mittels Metro sorgt für sehr gute Möglichkeiten die Stadt kennenzulernen.
Das Zimmer war sauber mit der Möglichkeit Wertsachen abzuschließen (unbedingt Schloss mitbringen!).
Das Personal konnte für chinesische Verhältnisse gut Englisch sprechen, sodass hier keine Probleme in der Kommunikation bestehen. Das Essen und Getränke (Cocktails und viele Biersorten) sind preiswert. Westliches Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen, wer mal etwas anderes möchte.
Ich hatte aufgrund meines Anflugs um 6 Uhr morgens meinen Checkout für 4 Uhr abgesprochen, dass Personal sah überhaupt kein Problem und war absolut hilfsbereit.

I would not recommend this hostel for anyone with even low or moderate expectations. The bathrooms smelled like dirty sewer, the shared rooms were very crowded with little to no space for a day pack, the common area was filled with smokers not brave enough to stand outside because of the cold.
Yes, the spoke English well and were informative when needed, but failed at everything else such that I checked out after only one night of an expected three night stay.

365 Inn is easily accesible by metro and the information given by the manager by email once you've downpaid your accomodation is clear and easy to follow. Arriving is not the problem; getting decent service is! The writing on the walls immediately signals the kind of hostel this is--one for young travellers who get a kick out of leaving their trace on private property, but have little concern for good service or simple courtesy from all receptionists and cleaning staff! One can think it is a cultural difference, but after having stayed in hostels in Xi'an and other cities in China, I can attest it's more of a 365 Inn situation. Be careful with your property as it might 'get lost' (something as insignificant as a phone charger) and nobody will help you recover any of it.
