Comments (English):
On the day of my flight, I called the hotel to make sure that my reservation was completed. The front desk told me that it was no where to be found and kindly recommended that I called AAE. After getting the run around from both of these people for an entire morning (and listening to them point fingers at each other), it was determined that there were no more empty rooms in the hotel. I had no place to stay in Orlando on the day of my flight. In the end I got a full refund, but was highly dissatisfied. Terrible way to start my trip to Disney.

Comments (English):
The room was gross. The shuttle runs only twice a day. The host and hostest weren't nice, quiet rue actually like they didn't care.
We didn't had the room we payed for.
Overall, I'm very disapointed

Comments (English):
Bugs, questionable service, got our room wrong first try, broken bathroom door. Witnessed verbal altercation at pool area. Little to no parking. Breakfast not included as the website said it was. Would not go again. Would not recommend.
