Comments (English): When I had booked my reservation at the Hotel Jose Antonio in Lima, Peru, I thought everything was fine. I had stayed there several years ago when I lived and worked in that exciting city. However, to my chagrin,when I arrived late on Saturday night, I was told that there were no reservations under my name nor had they heard of Instant World Booking. Luckily I was with Peruvian friends who insisted that a room be made available. l After an hour's wait, I was given a room but only for one night. They did offer to find an alternative hotel the following day. The room I got was OK for the price. The following day, the same thing happened. No room. At the last moment, they were able to get me into a cancelled room. While waiting for a room, I realized that the hotel had changed into a hotel that catered primarily to group tours, which kept on coming and leaving all the time I was waiting for a room. While the service was polite, I would not recommend this hotel to any one traveling alone. With a group, fine. Alone no. The breakfast, included in the price, was so-so.

Comments (Espanol-Spanish): Estimados Encargados: Informo a Ud. que mi familia y yo teniamos reserva para hoy en el Hotel (3 adultos y 1 niño), a través de Agencia Andinas del Sud, sin embargo por problemas familiares recientemente ocurridos, no podremos viajar hasta el próximo viernes 25, quizas con un integante adulto mas. Lamentamos enormemente lo sucedido, nos pondremos en contacto a la brevedad con la agencia, pero deseamos que por favor nos confirmen el cambio de fechas. Muchas gracias, por su consiónderación. Comments (English): YOU GUYS MADE A RESERVATION FOR HOTEL JOSE ANTONIO AND YOU INTEND TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR THIS. WHEN WE REACH THE HOTEL, NOBODY KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR SERVICE, OR YOUR RESERVATION NUMBER OR NOTHING. WORST, THERE WHERE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE. DO NOT EVEN TRY TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD OR BECAUSE WE ARE GOING TO TALK TO AMERICAN EXPRESS REPRESENTATIVE. AVOID LEGAL PROBLEMS FOR DOING NOTHING
