basic room, not the cleanest but OK in a good neighbourhood, walking distance to the souqs and Union Station that leads you anywhere you like whether it is outbound or inbound Dubaï

Breakfast included (tea or coffee, jam, toasts and omelet) with a very nice waiter, the only polite, efficient and friendly staff indeed.

The 2 guys at the reception are just the opposite, sullen, inefficient with no English skills for the day duty one while the night dude is as arrogant as one can be and give you the key of your room with not even a word or a smile. When we left, his only farewell word was "where is the key?", not even a good bye or "everything is OK" when he looked at the check-out file; in a word, a jerk.

Very close to the mosk so get your earplugs for the long prayer call at 6 am, but if you wanna save money on your room in order to offer you the best treats outside, this is the place

Total waste of money to book through your website.I booked it and paid it I never stayed in that hotel they say they haven't received any conformation from Iwb.Total waste of time and money book it through this Iwb website.

i got to thehotel by taxi and can have a acceptable room but they didnot have my reservation and charged me again. it means that ihave to pay muchmore.
its really a great problem between u and the hotel. how canit happen.
