Comments (English):
The place is small and smells and has hardly any daylight coming in, but I guess that's what you pay for. At least the mattress was comfy. Jay (That´s what he chose to call himself.) always has a smile on his face, but I doubt any of it is real. He spends his days on his computer playing video games, which would be fine if it didn't interfere with customer service. A paying guest needed some help with a phone call or something related to the Internet, but he had to finish his level first it seemed. On our day of departure we assumed we would be allowed to use the Internet for a few hours in the entrance/common area where no one sits during the day, since our flight was in the evening and my girlfriend studies online, but he said there was nothing he could do, you know, policy, which I interpreted as "I need the bandwidth for online gaming."

Comments (English):
First of all I'd like to mention that You propably couldtn't find this place because it is really far from the center and it will be better for you, than to stay there for night. My friend and me remember the night spent there with huge aversion and horor.
This place as for the homeless,refugees or beggars - without a signboard, room, I want to underline the fact that there is only one room where you can stay !!!!! is in a ground floor, without windows and ventilation and convinies ( was very cold IN SUMMER to sleep there) with the personnel which at all doesn't speak english
do not dream about breakfast, nobody give it for you.....
I Never advise anybody to stay there !

room is not too bad.. the owner says he is still trying to upgade and renovate the place. no wi-fi and no washing machine.. but the location is not too bad.. near tram stops, roma termini and there are alot of cheap convenience stores, markets, internet cafe and places to exchange money..
