Hi,
Clink is the best solution to stay in London when you come by Eurostar from Paris. 5 min walk from St Pancras, central neighbourhood, nice places close around one of the cheapest solutions to stay in London.
Rooms are tidy, breakfast is good and as much as you want.
When you get a room downstairs there might be some noise from the visitors of clink bar.
Also the shower in this floor is not that clean and nice than the other I tried upstairs. But still my favorite in London!

Je n'ai pas trouvé sur le site internet le moyen de signaler que je voyageais avec mon fils de 10 ans ...Donc , arrivés sur place , on n' a pas pu me donner de place dans une chambre avec d'autres voyageurs et j'ai dû payer un supplément pour occuper à nous deux une chambre de 4 , qui n'était disponible qu'une nuit !
Je me suis donc débrouillée pour déménager dans l'hôtel voisin la nuit suivante, et c'était plus luxueux pour pratiquement le même prix ...Bye bye , le Clink !

Eine wirklich tolle Bleibe im Herzen von London. Die Aufmachung ist absolut cool, hier insbesondere die Nutzung der verschiedenen Gerichtsräume (Internetkorner und Chillout-Raum). Freundliches Personal und tolle Einrichtung, ganz nach dem Motto: Alt trifft neu! Wirklich empfehlenswert!!

This hotel is quite cheap and clean, you have to do bed by your own. A locker will be usefull to keep you belongings into the box.

The staff will give you a sheet that you'll have to bring back when you're checking out (don't forget it).

infortunately, it's terrible to ear the slamming doors when you want to sleep.

For breakfast, you choose what you want. when you have finished, you'll have to put your dishes on a trollet.

The Clink has potential to be an ideal London base. Well designed and planned it generally works well. It is usually quiet in terms of traffic noise. The beds are great for tall people and the small integrated led. lamps are useful. The showers are clean and rarely full. Apart from being stereotyped as a senior non backpacker, they only had to look at my passport to see otherwise, ie. 2007 Uzbekistan, Thailand,Cambodia Dubai!!!! Ageism exists here! The staff are great but some are sought as potential girlfriends, and see the job as a cheap board and lodge experience whilst in expensive London. A really dynamic management would transform the place.
