El lugar muy bonito y muy centrico, el personal de servicio muy bueno. Lo unico es que, el cuarto no tenia aire acondicionado y por las noches hacia mucho calor. En el front desk me brindaron un ventilador, ayudo un poco, pero no mucho. Volveria a ir pero esta ves me asegurare que el cuarto este bien equipado.

El hotel está en la excelente ubicación en Antigua. Su entorno general es agradable y seguro.
Tiene un restaurante amplio con un bonito patio y un muy buen desayuno.
Las habitaciones y la limpieza puede mejorar, los baños también. Son un poco ruidosas hasta que cierra el restaurante cerca de las 10: 00 pm

Recent trip to Antigua found MANY more tourists and much higher room prices (more than double) on the weekend than during the week. Staff at Hotel Convento Santa Catalina were very helpful and attentive. They offer a variety of bargains and services. Location is superb! We found our room lovely and comfortable, with the mattress a bit overused.

ruime kamers maar badkamer heeft een renovatie nodig. Altijd warm water.
Van af vrijdag veel omgevingsgeluid tijdens de dag kerkgezangen en tot 12 's nachts
disco geluiden. zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Wonderful hotel. The rooms and courtyard are beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. The food at the restaurant is consistently enjoyable. Staff are very helpful and went above and beyond in setting up travel, food, etc. Great experience!

The Hotel Convento Santa Catalina could not have been in a better location. It is centrally located with fantastic restaurants, shops, churches and sites all around. Very clean, accommodating and flexible. This was a beautiful and historic place to stay at a reasonable price. The staff were very helpful. Comfortable beds and the best shower I had in all of Guatemala.
