This was one of the best travel experiences I have had in a long while. Paolo the owner is extremely nice and has a great knowledge of what he is doing, he also speaks English really well. We took the big tasting he offers for 18 € and it was amazing, the products, the presentation, everything! The place is also situated in a perfect area, with a great view. The rooms are also very cozy and has everything you need. It's close to Perugia, Assisi and other towns around Umbria, as well as some really nice restaurants. I would love to go there again for a longer stay!

Very friendly couple, was taken on a tour of the property and winery. Accommodations were top notch. Only down side was we only stayed one night.

We were at Villa Colle di Rocco for 1 week and we had a splendid time!
At first it is difficult to find but the owners help you by sms to get there. After a day you find your way around and there is no problem anymore. The rooms are big and clean and breakfast is very good.
But what makes your stay complete are the owners. A very friendly couple that gives you many good tips to visit the area. They have a lott to tell about the important places and most beautifull places, they are very helpfull with trains, what road to take, ... Because of them your holliday has been taken a step higher. We defenitly go back there!

The location and the house are astonishing for their beauty and cosiness. We spent a very pleasant day there. The rooms are very clean, new and tidy, the breakfast good. If a "negative" remark can be made is about the choices made about the refurbishing and furnishing of the house, which, in our opinion, were a bit too 'posh' and not in keeping with the place, diminishing the feeling of warmth the house gives from outside. But this might be only a matter of personal taste! The nearby village of Collemancio deserves a night visit, together with its restaurant at the end of the street.

Endroit magnifique. Prestations de qualité.
Paolo et son épouse sont charmants et aux petits soins envers leurs hôtes. Merci pour les petits déjeuners sans gluten pour ma femme, merci pour les fruits du vergers (les figues et les reine-claude sont délicieuses), merci aussi pour les tartes aux fruits et pour votre gentillesse. C'est rare de bénéficier d'autant d'attention dans un agriturismo. Bref, que du bonheur.

Dunque da dove posso iniziare....dall'incanto della location, dalla delizia del nostro appartamento o dalla divina Vernaccia di Cannara come cocktail di benvenuto, offerta dal titolare Paolo superstar!
Il contesto è stato talmente soddisfacente che nel cappello ci metto tutto a cinque stelle.
Quattro giorni splendidi, in una struttura curata e piacevolissima, dove nulla è lasciato al caso, con la garbata giovialità di Paolo e la simpatia di Roberta, con Assisi a un tiro di schioppo e le più belle località turistiche umbre facilmente e comodamente raggiungibili.

The hotel is perfect with a beautful view over Assisi. The website pictures are exactly what you find. Every day Paolo and Daniela (the owners) help us to discover the perfect place to visit and where to eat. We kindly recommend to stay there and also try their good wine and oil.
